The Saronsberg lady, proudly displayed on the bottle, is iconic to the Saronsberg farm. She represents strength, potential and abundance.
The farm Saronsberg is one of the largest in the Tulbagh Valley. The Cellar is one of the most modern in South Africa, with the latest techniques and winemaking methods being used. Saronsberg was the first winery in South Africa to introduce force-cooling to the wine making process. All grapes are forced cooled to 4° C prior to pressing and fermentaion.
The soft textured tannins, full-bodied mouthfeel and silken finish lends itself as a platform to heady mix of red berry and black fruit flavours combined with floral notes and fynbos nuances.
Pairs well with
Beef, Lamb, Venison, Poultry
