This low in alcohol sparkling Rosé is made from Chenin Blanc and Pinotage grapes, with bursting aromas of ripe cherry, strawberries and rose petals. The vibrant red fruit aromas from the Pinotage is fully supported by the lingering citrus, orange blossom and creamy textured Chenin Blanc aromas. Alleviated by the zesty bubbles, this bright salmon coloured Rosé, invites everlasting friends to experience the uniqueness from our area.

Both portions of grapes, the Pinotage from deep Alluvial soils and the Chenin Blanc from the Koekenaap area with deep red soil, ripen in the misty breezes of the Atlantic Ocean. Ensuring specific fruit with intense aromas ideal for the selection of this blend.
Harvest & Cellar Treatment
The different portions were harvested and fermented separately. Only free run juice will be used. After fermentation the different components will be blended, ensuring the salmon colour, creamy textured mouthfeel and the fresh acidity is obtained. Alleviated by the zesty bubble, the CO2 levels are raised to a level in order to achieve a perfect balance of sugar, fruit and fresh lingering acidity.
Serve chilled and enjoy with picnic style lunches, shrimp, shell-fish(oysters), smoked salmon and caviar or after a meal with fresh fruit and sorbets.
