Bordeaux Blend

Elegant and complex. A true expression of the best characteristics of 5 classic French
varietals. Layered aromas of cherry and cassis, with notes of tobacco and cedar wood. Palate shows rich juicy red and black fruit with fine, integrated tannins. Grapes were hand-picked with stringent berry selection before fermentation and barrel maturation. The varietals were fermented and aged for 12 months separately, thereafter blended and put back into the barrels for a further 3 months.
