A: It is cooked, but as it has been frozen/chilled, suggest to heat it before eating.
Q: Is the Cheese made from raw or pasteurized milk?
A: It would be pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, cultures.
Q. I am not living in DB or Tung Chung, can I still have my frozen stuff delivered?
A. Yes, you have two options: one is to self pick up at our warehouse; the other is to arrange delivery by Gogo Van / Lalamove / SF express etc. at your own cost.

A. Yes, we can arrange SF Express for you, and any purchase over HK$800 will enjoy a free delivery.
Q. How long can the chilled salmon be stored in refrigerator?
A. In Chilled status, 5-6 days. In Frozen status, 3-6 months. In general, we suggest you to have it as early as possible.
Q. The meat I received is too big, can you portion it before delivery?
A. Unfortunately we can not process the meat in our office due to the restriction of our food permit.

Q. Grading of USA beef?
A. Wagyu->Prime->Select->No Grade
Q: Are the SA beef antibiotics/hormones/heavy metal free?
A: All tests conducted have not shown any antibiotic, hormone and/or heavy metal residue present in said samples. Though supplier does treat with antibiotics, etc, but comply with recommended withdrawal periods prior to slaughter.
